born Hattiesburg, Mississippi. I moved to Birmingham, Alabama at an early age where I began my artistic journey. I attended the Atlanta College of Art, focusing on painting and sculpture. The Apprenticeship Program at Callanwolde Fine Arts Center is where I began an in-depth study of clay and pottery for three years. My work is included in the permanent collections of Georgetown University, Kaiser Permanente, Fulton County Arts Council, St. Joseph's Hospital among others.
